Lofthaus
The project involved conversion of an empty commercial unit to create 8 no. residential flats including communal areas and central plant room to serve the flats.
Detailed co-ordination of the services was carried out to meet the difficult site constraints and ensure that the visual impact of installing these was minimal.
The project involved close management of trades across the site including co-ordinating between all parties to ensure the job ran smoothly and was completed to a high standard whilst not impacting on health and safety or quality.
A central plant room was designed and installed with sufficient capacity to serve all the flats.
We also worked closely with the client throughout the project to ensure that our installation met their expectations and carried out any changes they requested within our scope.
The design phase of this project was given emphasis to ensure the flawless coordination of all services.
Fully exposed galvanised containment systems were installed for supporting cabling and pipework.
Contemporary suspended LED lighting, fed via a galvanised conduit, was utilised in the office area. Galvanised skirting trunking was installed around the perimeter to complement the industrial look.
Air conditioning cassette units were suspended and left fully exposed.
The toilet and shower areas were completely refitted to bring them up to modern standards and to compliment the overall theme.
