Food Retailer Distribution Centre – Belvedere
Our client wished to modernise their office premises in line with their international fit-out standard, and simultaneously create a new IT room and replace existing air conditioning systems.
A key challenge on this project was to complete the works without affecting the critical operation of the office staff and associated warehouse operation.
To achieve this objective, Integra carried out the works to a detailed phased programme, with tasks being completed outside of normal working hours as required.
There were also challenges working with the old services in the building which we had to adapt and replace to ensure compliance with the companies detailed international standard document.
We worked with the client’s consultants and QS teams to deliver the project to a high standard of quality whilst keeping costs competitive, including providing coordinated M&E designs and managing site progress to ensure the project was delivered within timescale and to a high standard of workmanship.
The new IT room was handed over to the client well in advance of project completion to give them plenty of time to set up their IT systems.
