Starting out with an in-depth assessment, our specialists determine the specific requirements of the project, visiting larger and more complex schemes when needed to establish sufficient detail. Once the project is awarded, our team of in-house designers collaborate to create a highly-accurate 3D model of the building’s intricate mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Integra specialists in each discipline work in close partnership to create a complete MEP design where all services dovetail without conflict. We provide the client and contractor with an accurate, complete design pack. Equipped with a comprehensive design and budget, the construction plan is firmed up and scheduled in.

Under the thorough leadership of one of our Project Managers, our dependable construction team is mobilised and on-site installation begins.

Our attention to detail remains evident throughout the assembly phase. The project is thoroughly briefed and tightly coordinated, aided by our highly-accurate 3D models and technical drawings. Our site team are backed up by our in-house experts at HQ. Weekly progress reports are issued by the Project Manager, along with monthly valuations. Once installed, the systems undergo a comprehensive commissioning programme before being handed over.

We’re committed to providing thorough operation and maintenance training to ensure end user clarity and satisfaction. And we promptly resolve any issues that arise relating to the MEP once the building is in use.

Integra has been repeatedly complimented for the quality of our post-installation tuition and aftercare. We create detailed O&M manuals tailored to every project, and issue detailed ‘as-built’ construction records to the building owner. We offer a fast initial call-out to provide a seamless transition for building management, and recommend trusted partners for ongoing maintenance of the building’s newly-installed building services.
