Ventilation
Integra provides ventilation solutions for diverse applications, covering all aspects of ductwork, VAV/CAV systems and main plant.
Whether installing small MVHR and local extract systems, or full building systems with multiple AHUs, you can rely on us to handle all aspects of the project until it is fully functional. In addition to conventional ventilation for office projects, we regularly design and deliver complex solutions for laboratory projects, where specific pressure and ventilation regimes are required. We can manage the most complex of installations, delivering a system that works.
Controls
Integra installs both BMS and EMS systems for all building systems, ensuring effective control and functionality across the building.
We can install from scratch, or collaborate with incumbent contractors to get the job done.
Air conditioning and heating
Integra has years of industry experience installing all types of air conditioning, including refrigeration-based systems, and LTHW and CHW systems.
We can tailor air conditioning solutions to meet specific needs, either installing the main plant itself, or working with existing building systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. You can count on us for seamless integration.

Main and sub main distribution
Integra carries out all elements of LV distribution works.
From designing and implementing main power distribution equipment through to installing local distribution boards, our experts ensure optimal performance and safety across all installations.
Lightning protection
At Integra, our focus is to get the job done.
Where we are installing plant externally, we can also pick up any associated lightning protection works, whether that is extending existing systems or installing new complete systems for a whole new building. This often falls outside the remit of other mechanical or electrical contractors, but at Integra we offer end-to-end solutions that take the headache out of project management – you can leave this to us to complete.
Small power
Integra carries out all elements of small power works.
Liaising closely with the client’s team, we ensure that the required outlets are in all the right locations to suit their needs. This work is not complex, but we spend time making sure that we get it absolutely right, and that the solutions we put forward are the most cost-effective for the requirements.
Lighting
Integra installs both internal and external lighting, including lighting control systems.
Lighting is an important feature in any project – as well as aesthetic considerations, the lighting must meet functional design criteria. We’ll work closely with the client to propose lighting solutions that fit in with the interior fitout and remains compliant, and we’ll spend time adjusting the system to make sure it completely meets the brief.
Data
We include all elements of data installation in our works package, from installing data cabinets through to structured cabling.
Although some suppliers don’t do this, our aim is to make life simpler for the client, so we pick up this element, so that they don’t have to.
Fire alarm
As part of our package of works, we’re able to design and install all types of fire alarm systems, both conventional and addressable.
This can be a completely new installation, or we can extend an existing system to cover an additional area. This saves having to source a separate supplier that may be unfamiliar with the building’s infrastructure.
Security and access control
Integra has full competency for installing security and access control systems, including door controls, intruder alarms and CCTV.
By including the access control and security in our package, you can rest assured that we have picked up the associated services, reducing hassle for the customer — one point of contact taking responsibility, and delivering a fully functioning, fit-for-purpose system.
Public health and drainage
Our specialists handle all manner of drainage systems, from conventional to complex arrangements for specialist environments.
Conventional drainage, chemically resitant lab drainage, pumped drainage systems, Integra do it all.
Domestic water services
Integra installs all types of domestic water services.
This also includes main plant, whether that is gas boiler systems or heat pump installations. We can also go above and beyond the usual hot/cold water services, designing and installing specialist water services where required.
Specialist gases
Integra always goes above and beyond the standard MEP offering, and we have the experience and expertise to offer specialist systems and tailor projects as required.
