Client:
From shell and core to a Future-ready laboratory fit-out.
About the project
Integra delivered the full services fit-out for Grays Inn Road, to create a high-specification, laboratory-enabled space.
Working collaboratively with McFeggan Brown we developed a generic laboratory fit-out across two floors of the recently refurbished building, which was currently in a shell-and-core condition.
In consultation with the client, the team established the detailed requirements for office, laboratory, and associated support rooms. The design team was the able to develop a complete design solution to all areas, with some partitions intentionally left uninstalled. This was to enable flexibility for future occupants, providing an adaptable open-plan space that can be tailored to tenant-specific needs while delivering a fully functional and future-ready laboratory environment.
