Undertaking the mechanical fit out of a flagship retail space in the heart of the capital
About the project
Integra is proud to have carried out the mechanical fitout of a retail space across six floors at Uniqlo's iconic Regent Street store. Serving as their most significant store to date, the building combines retail space on the lower floors with office space above.
Due to being a listed building, the coordination aspect of the project was significant, with many beams and obstructions having to be taken into consideration. All services within the unit were completely new, with new central plant installed to the third floor plant deck, with very tight spatial constraints.
Detailed coordination and clash detection were undertaken to ensure that all services were taken into account, such as the installation of the sprinkler system. Integra designed the Uniqlo project entirely using 3D software, including detailed plant deck designs to ensure the logistical and technical installation of all equipment.
